Randall has always wanted to work with hair. He graduated high school earlier than normal in Orlando, Florida and then began to pursue his career as a hairstylist. Randall relocated to Atlanta for the endless opportunities to chase his dream of becoming a celebrity hairstylist. He believes that continuing education is the only way to learn and grow. He is always ready to learn new techniques, especially if it is going to make him a better stylist. When he was 17, Randall attended the prestigious Keune Academy by 124 in Buckhead, Atlanta. Since obtaining his hair license, he has attended two educational classes in New York City. In April 2016, Randall enrolled in Nick Arrojo's Advanced Hair Cutting Program for 4 weeks. Mr. Arrojo himself taught a few classes. A year later, Randall had noticed a new found passion: hair color and extensions. Since then, he continued his education by attending classes at the Goldwell Academy in New York City taught by Britney Spears’s colorist! Thus, he became a Goldwell Master Colorist by age 19. Randall firmly believes that everyone should have extensions; or at least just a few. He is certified with Easihair Tape-in Extensions.

Randall's ultimate goal is to be part of a “Glam Squad” for celebrities. He strives to make every guest in his chair feel amazing about themselves. He wants every guest to feel like they have “that Hollywood hair.” He listens to the guest’s needs and does his very best to make sure that they love their hair and stay up to trend with current styles! Eventually, Randall wants to become a Goldwell National Artist and a Goldwell educator; all while continuing to work with celebrities.
